    The dress is meant for a very overweight child since the cut is so so large. The sleeves have way to much material so the arms are baggy. The width of the dress is just too much and there’s too much material for no reason. The length is short and if you size up for length, it’s even wider and looks ridiculous. You can’t win basically with this dress.
